"I was really nervous and did not really know what to expect. I'm one of those people that doesn't do well with small spaces. Much to my surprise, it was easier than I ever thought it could be. They did there best to make me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew they could be there quickly if I felt like I couldn't handle it. It is very rare you receive outstanding customer service and a warm friendly environment. I would recommend them to anyone who is just not sure. They are amazing people with a gift for comfort."

"This letter is to commend the work of Mike Lee, one of your employees at Open MRI in Sioux Falls. - I initially had an appointment on Oct. 1st, 2004, that did not go well. In fact, I didn't even complete it. About six weeks later, I went back in to see if somehow I could get some help with getting through this thing. That is when I met Mike. We talked the whole thing through, came up with a plan for the next time and even did a mini trial run. - On December 4th I went in for my second appointment.
